Refund policy

All items are final sale.

No exchanges on custom jewelry as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

Pre-made pieces are applicable for exchange after 14 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible to ship back the jewelry at the owners expense. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
